The Office organized outbound for team building activities within the framework in improving employee performance which will, sooner or later, increase the productivity of the work unit. In principle, team building is a group activity that interacts each other to improve the productivity and ability of the group, together in completing tasks through a series of activities that designed to achieve predetermined goals. At the end, adjusting the specific goals and problems that are faced by the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Office took &#8216;Mancakrida in Balikpapan&#8217; as titled. It aimed to increase togetherness, discipline, and employee performance. The entire the Office&#8217;s employees attended in that activity. Employee Discipline Motivation and Performance, Electronic Correspondence, Activities&#8217; Analysis and Plan, and Group Development were the objects of activities.<br><br>&#8220;Mancakrida in Balikpapan&#8221; was held on Tuesday and Wednesday, 17th and 18th December 2019, at Le Grendeur Hotel, Balikpapan. All participants took part in class of Anang Santosa, Suparti, Erwin Darma, and Jawsika Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the first day, participants followed 3 objects in the classroom. Anang explained the importance of togetherness and discipline that needs to be continuously nurtured and maintained by all employees in carrying out the main tasks and functions of the Office. &#8216;Let us make this mancakrida as our mode to build togetherness, discipline, and performance&#8217; Anang said. In addition, employees were invited to play in the game to motivate their colleagues. Thus, Suparti explained, generally, about the use of electronic correspondence that had been carried out by the Office. It was delivered to remind and inspire the entire employees in responding and accepting of the incoming letters&#8217; disposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the last, Erwin gave a brief evaluation of the main activities that undertook by the Office, such as Gebyar Literasi, based on the views given by all employees who involved in the activity. At the end of the evaluation, employees agreed that the same and\/or similar activities will be held again with sufficient preparation time, more extensive competition venues, more proportional participants quota, more competent judges, and restricted on standards implementation.<br><br>On the second day, the instructors gave training to build groups and evaluate each group&#8217;s development activities.
