The Regional Office for Language in East Kalimantan Province held the language and literature performances stated as Panggung Bahasa dan Sastra 2023 for a week, beginning 20 to 25 November 2023 at the 2nd<\/sup> floor of the Samarinda Square Mall Atrium. As the opening, it began with the Kutai Language Singing Competition on 20 November 2023. It was followed by 45 students of primary and secondary education level. The competition was held as an endorsement from the Regional Office for Language in East Kalimantan Province to the Agency of Education and Culture of  Samarinda City which is preparing to implement local content in the Kutai language for primary and secondary education students in Samarinda City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hj. Isdarwati, M.Pd., Section Head of the Professional Development for Educators of the Agency of Education and Culture of Samarinda City officially opened the event and conveyed her remarks.  “We really support this activity because it can train and be habituation for our students and is also related to the implementation of local content in the Kutai language. I hope an activity like this can be continued to do, individually or in collaboration with,” said Isdarwati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants vocal material, technique, and performance were assessed by three judges, namely Widagdo Budi Prayogo, Aspian Nur Gusprada, and Yudianti Herawati. The winners consist of SD, SMP, and SMA level. The winners are as follows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
