The Integrated Language Service for Education, Responsiveness, and Accessibility (LENTERA) is an innovative initiative developed by Regional Language Center in East Kalimantan to consolidate all language services into a single digital platform. LENTERA operates on a regular, structured, and sustainable basis, leveraging digital technology that is accessible, fast, and open to the public. Geographically, the program aims to ensure equitable access across all regions in the provinces of East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is built on five key pillars, namely quality, access, speed, sustainability, and reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The program seeks to enhance the quality of language, literature, and literacy services while facilitating public access to the programs offered by Regional Language Center in East Kalimantan. It also enables more efficient and measurable handling of consultations and complaints. LENTERA is designed to continuously strengthen the development and cultivation of language, literature, and literacy, as well as reaching communities, even in remote areas, regardless of distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
LENTERA functions through two primary mechanisms, namely responsive support and proactive education. Responsive support is provided via a dedicated hotline text based (WhatsApp) channel for consultations and complaints. It prioritizes rapid response, accountability, and case tracking. Proactive education is delivered through weekly Zoom sessions. It provides an open learning and consultation space accessible to the general public without the need to visit Regional Language Center in East Kalimantan office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
LENTERA represents a comprehensive transformation, shifting services from sporadic, face-to-face interactions to a regular, integrated, and sustainable digital ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
