Balikpapan, May 19th, 2022 — Regional Office for Language in East Kalimantan Province conducted Proficiency Improvement in Indonesian: Dissemination of Bahasa Indonesia for Indonesian Teacher of Junior High School in Balikpapan City. It organized in Swiss-Belhotel, Balikpapan on Wednesday and Thursday, May 18th and 19th, 2022. In that occasion, Head of Department of Education of Balikpapan City, Purnomo M., S.Sos., M.M. oficially opened the dissemination.
The speakers were Yudianti Herawati, S.S., M.A., M. Erwin Darma, M.Pd., dan Dwi Haryanto, S.S. They delivered material on Indonesian grammar, form and word choice, and effective sentence writing skills. Thirty five Indonesian teachers of junior high school in Balikpapan City are invited as participants in that event.
