Tanah Grogot, August 23, 2024 — In Paser Regency on Wednesday and Thursday, August 21 and 22, 2024, the Language Ambassador and the Regional Office for Language in East Kalimantan Province collaborated to hold a Language Ambassador Acts (Krida Duta Bahasa). It took the Digital Content in the Regional Language as a theme for Senior High School and Vocational High School Activist Students. 150 participants attended the parade at the Hall of SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot. It is expected to increase the understanding and positive attitude of the young generation towards regional language preservation and to develop the school activist groups in content creation in the Paser language. Ardiansyah, the Branch Head of the Agency of Education of East Kalimantan Province Region V, opened the event.
Yudianti Herawati and Aquari Mustikawati from the Regional Office for Language in East Kalimantan Province and Language Ambassador, Muhammad Abby were the speakers. They addressed the Paser language revitalization, the role of the young generation in regional language, and regional language content production techniques.
In the end, all participants are asked to apply and share the knowledge obtained from the speakers in their respective schools and environments.
